Home Sweet Home gives under-served families a sense of pride and improves the quality of their lives by providing basic household furnishings. By doing so, Home Sweet Home uplifts our community and inspires hope by providing every person a bed to sleep in, turning houses into homes.

LFCS | Hilltop

Hilltop offers a safe, loving environment for children to become confident learners for life. In addition, parents and families can receive support to achieve and maintain stability for their children. By meeting the unique needs of each child and family, we improve the well-being of the whole community.

LifeWise STL

LifeWise STL helps individuals and families achieve economic well-being by providing high-impact, relationship-based programming to address systemic barriers to their success. LifeWise STL helps those in the St. Louis region, from infants to seniors, gain access to programs, opportunities, and support to achieve economic well-being.

OLPH Food Pantry

More than a food pantry, Our Lady of Perpetual Help (OLPH) strives to instill hope and encourage prosperity as they help families get back on their feet with food, utility assistance, and community support programs. OLPH has been a primary support and resource facility for our community for 20 years and counting.

River Roads Lutheran School

For decades, River Roads has been a beacon of hope, providing quality education, nurturing values, and a loving community to families in need. They believe every child deserves a chance to thrive, and the faculty and staff work tirelessly to make that belief a reality. Investing in a child’s future means investing in the future of the entire community.

Southside Wellness Center

Southside Wellness is more than just a senior center—it’s a community hub dedicated to health equity, dignity, and access. Their team offers vital services that go above and beyond, including transportation, mental health support, and a welcoming space for the elderly and disabled, without judgment, often stepping in when no one else will.

Urban Harvest STL

From rooftop gardens to hands-on learning experiences, Urban Harvest STL empowers people to connect with their food, their neighbors, and the planet. They're proving that urban agriculture can be a powerful tool for equity and sustainability.

How do I Get Involved?

Serve at a We ❤️ STL Project

Sign up to serve local non-profit partners through monthly service projects! On the first week of each month, we'll have opportunities to get out and show our love for STL by serving non-profit partners in our region. Think of it as a mini "Missions Week" offered every month of the year instead of once a summer!

We ❤️ STL T-Shirts

God's people are people who love the city they're planted in, which is why we want to show off that we love St. Louis! Get your t-shirt in the Commons Café during operating hours.

Nominate a Nonprofit

As we plan projects for the year, we want to work with nonprofit organizations that YOU are connected to and passionate about! Suggest a nonprofit in the greater St. Louis area for our community to bless through varying projects and service opportunities.

Are there family-friendly opportunities? + −

Yes, there most certainly are! You can filter by Family Friendly, Location, and Partner.

Are there opportunities to serve on the weekend? + −

Yes! Opportunities are based upon the needs of our local nonprofit partners and include weekdays and Saturdays.

What if none of the opportunities interest me? + −

If you can’t find an opportunity that compels you to sign up to serve, check back frequently. We are always adding opportunities.

How often will you offer opportunities to serve? + −

The first week of every month, we will have a variety of opportunities for you to serve our local nonprofit partners.

Is there any opportunity to carpool with other volunteers? + −

It depends on the other volunteers. We are glad to assist in coordinating carpools if there is interest.

How are our nonprofit partners chosen? + −

Congregants and staff recommend nonprofit organizations that align with Pathfinder’s core values. Our strategic leadership team reviews and evaluates all recommendations.

Head to Pathfinder’s Café on Sunday, or during weekday Café hours, and pick up a T-shirt for you or your little one for only $15 each.
