Come learn discipleship and growth for the sake of leadership! In this group you will learn emotional and spiritual intelligence in order to better understand the unique way that God wired you. You will be empowered to more effectively lead change in your relationships, your organization, and for the advancement of God’s Kingdom. We will have spiritually honest discussions and you'll be given real-world opportunities to practice spiritual and emotional intelligence with others for the sake of mutual growth. By the end of this class, you will develop a personalized strategic framework which you can use to guide your leadership and self-awareness moving forward. This weekly team meets 5 times starting on 2/1.
