THIS TEAM IS FULL. TO BE ADDED TO A WAITLIST, PLEASE EMAIL WHOLELIFE@PATHFINDERSTL.ORG. Intermediate strength training for women (you must have taken the beginner class or have been in a regular fitness class for the last 3 months). This class will be empowering, encouraging, and fun, with the potential to be challenging at times. We'll use dumbbells, TRX, and battle ropes. You will be taught proper form and technique by volunteer leader Lisa Aston, a personal trainer and member of Pathfinder. Bring a mat and water. Let's get strong together! This 6-week team meets weekly beginning 3/26/25.
