Care Team
Be a part of the team that helps people navigate life during difficult times.
- LaVisTe Volunteer - Provide caring companionship for those who are homebound, in senior living or other care centers, or are isolated and lonely. Make regular calls and/or visits once or twice a month to individuals you are assigned. Training is provided.
- Care Group Leader - Lead one of our Care Action Teams such as Grief Share, Divorce Care, Cancer Companions, or PALs. Action Teams meet in Fall and Winter/Spring. Care teams provide great support for not only the Pathfinder community but the surrounding community as well.
- Funeral Coordinator - Assist in providing hospitality for grieving families during funeral & memorial services. Responsibilities include light setup and removal of funeral supplies, guiding guests, distributing funeral programs, and answering questions. Training is provided.
