Christian Leadership 101Come learn discipleship and growth for the sake of leadership! In this group you will learn emotional and spiritual intelligence in order to better understand the unique way that God wired you. You will be empowered to more effectively lead change in your relationships, your organization, and for the advancement of God’s Kingdom. We will have spiritually honest discussions and you'll be given real-world opportunities to practice spiritual and emotional intelligence with others for the sake of mutual growth. By the end of this class, you will develop a personalized strategic framework which you can use to guide your leadership and self-awareness moving forward. The first 5 weekly sessions meet in Oct/Nov, then after a break the last 5 weekly sessions will meet in Feb/Mar.
DivorceCare - Fall '25THIS GROUP IS NOW CLOSED FOR ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION. DivorceCare’s life-changing support groups welcome people and guide them on the path of recovery after separation or divorce. Over 1 million people have found comfort and hope through this video-based series. There is a $25 fee for materials. You will receive a confirmation email after registration with a link to make payment. This team meets weekly for 13 weeks starting on 10/13. The leaders will communicate the full meeting schedule and details.
Emotional SobrietyThis group meets weekly to read and discuss sections of Emotional Sobriety. Our purpose is to support each other in identifying and releasing unhealthy dependencies on people, places, or circumstances for our emotional security and self-worth. Together, we will challenge the false belief that we are only okay when life unfolds according to our expectations. Instead, we'll explore how to cultivate faith, acceptance, and emotional resilience. Through honest discussion, reflection, and shared experience, this team aims to foster freedom from emotional dependence and encourage healthier ways to live in the world. This team will meet weekly, starting on 9/23.
F3: Men's Fitness - Fall '25Join the F3 Spirit Region for a weekly, boot camp-style workout focused on building men physically, mentally, and emotionally. Led by peers and rotating leaders, each session includes a 30-minute Q-Source discussion after the workout. Bring work gloves and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty—a cinder block weight will be provided. This ongoing weekly team starts 9/6. The leaders will communicate additional details.
Global Flavors Fellowship - Fall '25Welcome, adventurous foodies! St Louis is blessed with a diverse food culture, and we want to be a part of it! We will sample cuisines in various restaurants across the St. Louis metro area. Bring your appetite, some $, and lots of laughter! This team meets four times throughout the season, on the first Tuesday of each month, starting on 9/2. Other adventures may also be planned outside the schedule for more exploration.

Join this team and enjoy growing in your faith while getting to know others! Together, this team uses questions written specifically for each Pathfinder message to guide the conversation. Join this ongoing, friendly discussion team weekly after the 9:00 am service starting on 9/7.
Iron Men: Reclaiming the Virtues of Manhood, (Evening MENx Team)Authentic Manhood equips men to live with truth, passion, and purpose. It offers practical, biblical insights on God’s design for manhood. Rooted in the gospel, our resources—including the original Men’s Fraternity by Dr. Robert Lewis—have impacted millions worldwide. Our newest resource is “33 The Series.” It is a multi-volume, gospel-centered video series that presents the timeless truths of Authentic Manhood in a powerfully new and engaging way. As men progress through each volume, they will build a vision for Authentic Manhood in their own life that is built on the gospel of Jesus Christ. If you would like to use the workbook, the cost is $20. It's optional, but recommended. You will receive an email from the team leader after registration with a link to purchase the workbook. There are two Iron Men Teams offered, one in the morning and one in the evening. This evening team meets weekly for 12 weeks starting on 9/4 and is led by our MENx leader.

Kids Min Prep Team - Fall '25So, you like to organize?! Join us as we gather supplies for the early childhood classrooms in Pathfinder Kids Ministry. Moms with young kids tagging along are especially welcome, as they won’t be alone. This ongoing serving team is very flexible, accommodating, and welcoming! Meets weekly starting on 8/15, and based on the service/kids min schedule. Meeting schedule and details will be communicated by the leader.
Money Canvas by ThriventMoney Canvas is a free online program that helps you build healthier budgeting, saving, and spending habits. Throughout 3-4 virtual sessions with you and your Money Guide, you will build confidence and learn to manage your money mindfully. Once registered, the Action Team staff will contact participants with information on how to get started with this program. Begins on the date agreed upon between you and your Money Guide. This is for individuals or couples. Registrants do not participate as a group in this Action Team.
Novel Ladies - Fall '25Are you a lover of novels? Join other women who love reading as much as you. Each month, we will select a novel that appeals to the group and gather to share insights & make connections. Location preference will be determined by the group. This team meets monthly starting on 9/8, and continues every first Monday of each month.
Prayer Shawl Team - Fall '25Do you crochet or knit? Would you like to bring your skills to a team that wants to bless others? Join this team, which will come together to create prayer shawls - beautiful shawls intentionally made to bless people going through a difficult time in life and who could benefit from a tangible gift of encouragement. This ongoing team meets biweekly, starting on 9/10. The full schedule (which is flexible based on the team) will be communicated by the leader.
Prosper the City: Adult Team - Fall '25Calling all Adults! Let’s make a difference in our community! Help us dream up and carry out a service project! Each team chooses their service project based on their skills, passions, and connections in the local community. This team starts on 10/1 and meets 3-5 times to plan and execute the project...and then celebrate it! Location and details will be communicated by the leader.
Prosper the City: High School Student Team - Fall '25Calling all High School Students! Let’s make a difference in our community! Help us dream up and carry out a service project! We will have a few Student teams choose their service project based on their skills, passions, and connections in the local community. Each Student team, along with their adult mentor, will have the freedom to plan the event whenever it works best for them. This Weekly team starts on 10/15 and meets 2 times to plan, then execute our project. Location and details will be communicated by the leader.
The After Party: Toward Better Christian PoliticsThe After Party Project is a video-based, highly interactive curriculum that provides an on-the-ground, biblically based approach to a very complex topic. Participants who feel despair about political divisiveness will have an opportunity to engage with others across political differences and learn specific steps to reframe political identity outside of partisan divides. Our intention is to focus on 'how' we relate to one another as Jesus teaches, before moving on to the 'what' of political topics. This 6 session team meets on varying Sundays including; 9/14, 9/21, 10/19, 10/26, 12/7, 12/14.
Wednesday Hiking - Fall '25Get outdoors and join us on the trails! Beginner’s are welcome to join! We will be hiking on easy to moderate trails that may include some rough terrain. This 16 week team meets weekly beginning on 9/3. The leader will communicate the trailhead location, as well as the type of trail and how many miles they plan to hike each week in advance.
Women in GrowthLooking to grow in your faith & personal development alongside like minded women? Join us for community & connection as we dive into the Word & discuss how to grow in all seasons of life. This action team is for all women looking to grow with God to serve and live life to the fullest. This biweekly team will meet for 7 sessions starting on 9/18 with a block out date of 11/27.
