Advent by Candlelight Planning Team - Spring '26You are invited to join this established group of planners who brainstorm, delegate, and execute the Advent by Candlelight Pop-Up event for the women of Pathfinder and our surrounding community. If you have a heart for serving, a creative mind, and/or know how to plan a fun occasion, this team is for you! This team typically meets once a month leading up to the event and occasionally more frequently based on the planning needs. The first meeting will be 3/25, then meeting dates will vary depending on the availability of those who sign up to help.
At The Well: Book Study - Wint/Spr '26At the Well is a women's empowerment group inspired by the story of the woman at the well. Each season, we engage in a book study that focuses on transforming shame into honor while building a supportive community where women can learn, share, and grow. Our mission is to empower and honor women by offering a safe, nurturing space to experience hope, love, and grace through the teachings of Jesus Christ. This group meets for 8 weeks starting on 2/23.
Book of Matthew: Women's Bible StudyThe Book of Matthew provides a detailed account of Jesus from His humble beginnings, through His ministry and opposition in Israel, to the Cross, Resurrection, and the Great Commission. We will dig into the details of Jesus’ life, ministry, sermons, miracles, compassion, and His sacrifice for each of us. Finally, we will walk with Him all the way to the Cross and experience His beautiful resurrection! We hope you will join us on the greatest journey ever! This team meets weekly beginning on 1/15.
Cancer Companions - Wint/Spg '26Cancer Companions are trained volunteers who support people in the treatment for cancer, post-treatment of cancer, and the families or caregivers of those with cancer through one-on-one sessions or in a group setting. Meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, January - April, beginning on 1/13.

Join us for a 4-week journey where we’ll explore how to choose joy every day through a short video, a simple no-homework guide, and open discussion. Church Connections*OPEN FOR REGISTRATION ALL SEASON* This weekly networking support group is designed to help our community build meaningful relationships, share resources, and support one another in practical, everyday ways. Many people are navigating career changes, starting businesses, looking for work, juggling family responsibilities, or simply looking for a deeper connection. Church Connections will provide a warm, faith-based environment where people can get to know each other beyond a quick “hello” in the lobby. This team meets weekly throughout the winter/spring season starting on 3/15.
Coffee or Confections?!There’s a war brewing at Pathfinder (pun intended)! In one corner stands a coffee aficionado; in the other, a patisserie connoisseur. We need YOU to help decide who earns the crown of public favor. Join us as we sample bold, new-wave coffee bean brews with custom flavor enhancers--AND some of the best baked confections St. Louis has to offer. Each week, you decide who wins the flavor fight. The battle lines are forming…which side will you take? The bean-heads or the sugar-fiends? Families are welcome! Childcare will be available for those who need it. A small contribution will be collected at each gathering to help cover food and childcare costs. This biweekly team meets 6 times starting on 1/31.
Decoration Team (Summer Blast '26)Calling all creative minds, we need your help! Join the decoration team and help make "Summer Blast: Kingdom Quest" an epic experience for the kids. This year's theme focuses on the pursuit of a whole life within the Kingdom of God. We need helping hands to transform our space and bring this theme to life! We will start meeting weekly on 3/5. The dates and times for set up will flex based on your availability.
Emotional Sobriety -Wint/Spr '26This group meets weekly to read and discuss Emotional Sobriety. Our purpose is to support each other in letting go of unhealthy emotional dependencies and the belief that we’re only okay when life meets our expectations. Together, we’ll explore faith, acceptance, and emotional resilience. Through open discussion and shared experience, we aim to cultivate healthier, more grounded ways of living. Meetings begin on 1/13.
F3: Men's Fitness - Wint/Spr '26Join the F3 Spirit Region for a weekly, boot camp-style workout focused on building men physically, mentally, and emotionally. Led by peers & rotating leaders, each session includes a 30-minute Q-Source discussion after the workout. This team meets weekly throughout the season starting 1/17.
Foster Family Support - Wint/Spr '26Foster parenting comes with unique challenges that can feel isolating. This group is a space for foster parents to connect with others who understand the journey firsthand. Through honest conversation and mutual support, we aim to make the load a little lighter—and remind each other we're not doing this alone. Join this community of foster parents on the 1st and 3rd Sundays while your kids attend the 11am Kids Ministry programming. Specific meeting details will be communicated by the leaders. Meetings begin on 1/18.
Global Flavors & Fellowship - Wint/Spr '26Welcome, adventurous foodies! St Louis is blessed with a diverse food culture, and we want to be a part of it. We will sample cuisines at various restaurants across the St. Louis metro area. Bring your appetite, some $, and lots of laughter! This team meets four times throughout the season, on the first Tuesday of each month, starting on 2/3. Other adventures may also be planned outside the schedule for more exploration.

Growing Deeper - Wint/Spr '26The Growing Deeper team provides an opportunity to engage more fully with the Sunday message and grow in your spiritual journey. Each week, questions based on the Pathfinder message will guide meaningful conversation, fostering both spiritual growth and relational connection. This team meets weekly after the 9:00 am service, starting on 1/11.
Iron Chicks: Women's Bible Study - Wint/Spr '26Just as iron sharpens iron, women need other women to grow and sharpen a strong faith! Connect with the Bible in contemporary studies with women who are young at heart! This team welcomes newcomers to jump into God's Word with them, and will start 2026 with Priscilla Shier’s book Discerning the Voice of God. This weekly team meets at Pathfinder Church starting on 1/8.
Iron Men: Reclaiming the Virtues of Manhood - Wint/Spr '26 (Morning Team)Authentic Manhood equips men to live with truth, passion, and purpose. This group offers a chance to grow with other men through practical, biblical teaching on God’s design for manhood using 33: The Series, a gospel-centered video study. A workbook is optional but recommended ($20). After registration, you’ll receive an email with a purchase link. This morning team meets weekly for 15 weeks starting on 2/19.
Kids Min Prep Team - Wint/Spr '26So, you like to organize! Join us as we gather supplies for the early childhood classrooms in Pathfinder Kids Ministry. Moms with young kids tagging along are especially welcome, as they won’t be alone. This ongoing serving team is very flexible, accommodating, and welcoming! Meets weekly starting on 1/9, based on the service/kids min schedule.
Meal Prep for Young AdultsThis Action Team is designed to bring people together to share life, support one another, and of course, meal prep! We are looking to build community with other young adults as we face the challenges of adulthood. Our leaders will be responsible for bringing groceries and cookware. Participants are asked to chip in to help cover some costs — but signing up does not obligate you to contribute. If you're not interested in meal prepping, that’s totally okay! You’re still welcome to come hang out. This team will continue meeting at the leader & hosts' homes throughout the winter/spring season between 1/18 - 5/31.
MOMents -Wint/Spr '26The life of a mom can be hectic juggling kids, work, and schedules. This team provides intentional time for growing in faith and prayer while connecting with other moms. Meetings include both social time and faith formation. Moms with younger, non-school-age kids are welcome too. This team meets on Friday mornings weekly during the school year, starting on 1/9.
Money Canvas by ThriventMoney Canvas is a free financial coaching program from Thrivent, a not-for-profit organization, designed for individuals or couples. Throughout the 3 virtual one-on-one coaching sessions, you will build confidence as you learn to mindfully manage your money. Your coaching sessions include only you and your coach and occur on the days and times you both agree on. Once registered, the Action Team staff will reach out to help you get started with this program.
More Than Enough: Women's Online Bible StudyIn this study of 2 Corinthians, Christine Hoover guides you through one of Paul’s most personal letters to reveal God as your true source of strength and sufficiency. Discover how He empowers you to endure troubles, disappointments, and temptations as you rely on His infinite resources. This online Zoom study begins on 3/10 and will skip 3/24, 3/31, and 4/21.
Novel Ladies - Wint/Spr '26Are you a lover of novels? Join other women who love reading as much as you. Each month, we will select a novel that appeals to the group, gather to share insights, and make connections. The group will determine the location preference. This group meets monthly starting on 2/2 and continues on the first Monday of each month.
Parents of Addicted Loved Ones (PAL) -Wint/Spr '26Parents of Addicted Loved Ones (PAL) is a support group of parents helping parents. Because the impact of addiction is so widespread, we invite not just parents but also spouses, siblings, family members, and friends 18 and older to join us. We'll offer education and support grounded in PAL's evidence-based practices for those dealing with a loved one battling addiction. Topics include delayed emotional growth, the role of the family in addiction, setting realistic boundaries, and healthy helping vs. enabling. This team meets weekly starting on 2/3 and skips 2/17.
Physical Whole Life 101Want to take a step forward in your physical Whole Life journey—but not sure where to start? Join Courtney Gerding and Dave Reinhart for this 4-week experience designed to help you care for your body as an act of discipleship. Together, you’ll explore what Scripture says about God’s desire for your physical wholeness and discover practical, sustainable ways to take the next step that’s right for you—whether that’s movement, rest, nutrition, or building healthier rhythms. You’ll also connect with others who are beginning their journey and encourage one another along the way. This team meets weekly for 4 weeks beginning 4/12.

So many people could benefit from a tangible gift of encouragement. This team meets biweekly throughout the winter/spring season, starting on 1/15.
Relational Whole Life 101Want to take a step forward in your relational Whole Life journey—but not sure where to start? Join Ashley Culpepper and Val Kraus for this 4-week experience designed to help you grow in healthy, Christ-centered relationships as an expression of Whole Life discipleship. Trail RunningJoin us for an introduction to trail running at the beautiful Castlewood Park. Beginners welcome! We'll do both short-track (4–5 miles) and long-track (6–7 miles) routes. We'll plan 2 to 3 stops along the way to let everyone catch up. We will mix things up each week with different routes and terrain (hills, flats, or a blend of both). Women's Game NightIf you need a night to slow down and connect with other women, bring your favorite board game, cards, or just you! Women ages 18-54 are welcome to join this team. We will meet on 1/22, 2/26, and 3/12.
Yoga with a Twist - Wint/Spr '26This beginner yoga team focuses on body awareness, core strength, foundational poses, as well as proper alignment and breathing techniques. The class is slow-paced to allow for instruction with modifications offered to accommodate everyone. This team meets for 10 weeks starting on 3/24.
