Hospitality
- Weekend Hospitality (2 times a month at one or more worship services) - Be a welcoming presence by greeting people, offering a smile, and helping everyone feel at home. Serve before and after service providing directional information, dismiss from the pews on communion weekends, and reset the sanctuary after each service. This serve opporturnity makes a big impact and is an important part of weekend services.
- Pathfinder Cafe - (1-2 times a month, Sunday mornings) - Create a warm and inviting space, and sell cafe drinks while connecting with people in a casual, friendly way. Learn the art of building a latte or put your customer service skills to work by joining our team of volunteers at one of the Sunday morning shifts.
- First Responders (1-2 times a month, on call during weekend worship) - Use your medical training to be available in case of health emergencies during worship service, providing quick and compassionate care when needed.
- Info Station - Church Lobby (3-4 times a month during weekend worship) - Be a part of the Hospitality Team running the Info Station in the sanctuary lobby. Help answer questions, give directions, and connect people to resources. This serve opportunity requires participating on the Weekend Hospitality team for a period of time for training.
- Support Crew (As needed for worship services and special events) - Assist with setup, teardown, small projects, and other hands-on support that will make special services and events run smoothly.
- Parking Team (As needed for worship services and special events) - Be the first friendly face guests see when they arrive at Pathfinder and the last friendly face they see as they navigate their way off campus.
- Weekend Security... Coming Soon! (Flexible, during weekend worship) - Help ensure a safe and secure environment during weekend services by being part of a dedicated security team. We are in the beginning stages of forming this team. There will be an application and safety procedures training process along with a background check requirement.
