Student Ministry

Be part of the team that provides a place where middle and high school students can find belonging and pursue a life-giving relationship with Jesus.

  • CORE Mentor - (Weekly, Sundays 10:45am-12:15pm) - Be a metor for middle school students and help build up the next generation at Pathfinder. Mentors may be high school students (Emerging Leaders) or adults. Mentors attend CORE, lead small-group discussions using provided lessons for middle school students, and build meaningful mentoring relationships.
  • CORE Greeter (Once per month, Sundays 10:45am-11:15am) - Welcome middle school students to CORE and assist them with iPad checkin on Sunday mornings at 11:00am. Greeters may be friendly high school students or adults.
  • Summit Mentor - (Weekly, Wednesdays 6:45pm-8:30pm) - Be an adult mentor for high school students and help build up the next generation at Pathfinder. Lead small-group discussions using provided lessons and build meaningful mentoring relationships with teams.
  • Summit Greeter (Weekly, Wednesdays 6:45pm-7:15pm) - Welcome high school students to Summit and assist them with iPad checkin on Wednesdays at 7:00pm.
  • Summit Snack Provider (Once a month) - Provide snacks once a month for high school students attending Summit, on Wednesday evenings.
  • Next Gen Band: Vocalists & Instrumentalists - Next Gen Band members must be able to play their instrument at a beginner level. At a minimum, students should be able to keep tempo, stay on beat, and play a majority of the correct notes. Vocalists should have some experience singing. The instruments needed are keys/piano, electric guitar, bass guitar, vocalists, acoustic guitar, and drums. Both middle school and high school students are welcome to serve during CORE on Sunday mornings. Only high school students may serve during Summit.
  • Student Min Tech - HIGH NEED - Prior experience is not necessary to serve as a media technician in the CORE program. Volunteers will be trained to use ProPresenter, and those interested will also have the opportunity to learn to operate lighting systems and soundboards. Both middle school and high school students are welcome to serve during CORE on Sunday mornings. Only high school students may serve during Summit.
  • Special Events Volunteer (as needed & available) - Student Ministry needs volunteers throughout the year to help host events for middle school and high school students. Events are a couple of hours to a week long and includes our highly attended summer event, After Party. Join us for some fun!
