THIS FALL TEAM IS NOW CLOSED. PLEASE REGISTER FOR FIT & STRONG BEGINNER IF INTERESTED. This strength training class for women requires that you have taken the beginner class or have been in a regular fitness class for at least three months. This class will be empowering, encouraging, and fun, and likely challenging at times! We'll use dumbbells, TRX, and battle ropes. You will be taught proper form and technique by volunteer leader, Lisa Aston, a personal trainer and member of Pathfinder. Bring a mat and water. This 6-week group meets weekly beginning 10/2/24.
