Join the F3 Spirit Region for a weekly, boot camp-style workout focused on building men physically, mentally, and emotionally. Led by peers and rotating leaders, each session includes a 30-minute Q-Source discussion after the workout. Bring work gloves and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty—a cinder block weight will be provided. This ongoing weekly team starts 9/6. The leaders will communicate additional details.
