The mind and body are deeply connected, and breath is the lever to bringing them together into greater wholeness. From creation (Genesis 2:7) to resurrection (John 20:22), breath has been central to life and renewal. In this 4-week introductory series, you’ll explore that connection with no prior mindfulness or yoga experience needed. Dress comfortably for floor activities, and bring a mat, water bottle, and towel. Sessions build on each other, so please plan to attend all sessions. This team meets weekly beginning 9/8.
