This beginner exercise class is designed for all fitness levels. However, if you have a medical condition or have never exercised before, which could put yourself and others at risk, please reach out to wholelife@pathfinderstl.org for guidance before registering. This class will be empowering, encouraging, and fun! You'll use everything from your own body weight and dumbbells' to TRX and battle ropes. You will be taught proper form and technique by volunteer leader, Lisa Aston, a personal trainer and member of Pathfinder. Bring a mat and water. Let's get strong together! This 6-week team meets weekly beginning 3/26/25.
