Join us for a boot camp-style workout with the F3 Spirit Region whose mission is to plant, grow, and serve men through small workout groups. The Action Team leader will share his passion for life, serving, and leadership, spurring men to improve physically, mentally, and emotionally. This is a rotating, peer-led, workout. Following each workout, there will be a 30-minute discussion from the Q-Source manual. Materials will be sent via the Slack app. You will need work gloves and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.
