Please join this small group of women for beginner yoga and stretching. This is a 45-minute class that will meet in a restful environment to practice simple breath and movement techniques. You will increase your flexibility, mobility, and calm your nervous system. Yoga mat and water bottle recommended. This weekly team meets for 4 sessions on 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, & 2/24.
