The mind and body are deeply interconnected. The breath is the lever that can bring greater wholeness to both. That’s right, the very thing that makes us into “living souls” at creation (Genesis 2:7), the very thing that Jesus does to give us new life after his resurrection (John 20:22), is the thing we can leverage to bring greater wholeness to our minds and bodies (Psalm 46:10). This is an introductory experience; no previous mindfulness or yoga experience is necessary. Dress comfortably for sitting on the floor and doing stretches/poses. Also bring a mat, water bottle, and a towel. Each session builds upon the last, so we ask for your committment to attend all 4 sessions. This team meets weekly for 4 weeks beginning 9/9/24.
